We've been together for quite some time now, but with the changes, it would nice if posters would introduce themselves....
I go by "Crusaders." Been active in the UH fan forums for many years, since the Paul Honda boards. I know he had a few before he disappeared and the Scout board appeared. I have had an account before the Hawaii forum was in existence, due to the Fresno Fan forum... I have had the privilege of getting to know many of you through the years, and I am honored. Let's hope to keep the community going.

I have been a lurker for a few years at WSN. I wish I had known it existed earlier. I swear there is a magical connection there that had been missing from my life for years. Been a fan since the JJ days, but not because of JJ, nor the RnS, nor because of the success.
Also, I'm actually not that dirty.

I'm hilostorm, been a member of the old board for about 9 years. Born and raised on Oahu but lived in Hilo since 1999. UH grad in Fred vonAppen's final season.
Thanks for making this board, I couldn't bring myself to become a permanent "warm and fuzzy" member.

Been a member of the Scout board since the early 2000s. Managed to get almore 25K posts on the Hawaii site. Pretty much had to maintain that site for the last several years. More like a part time job than anything else. Lots of memories, good and bad.
I'm thinking someday the regulars here can plan some kind of get together. Maybe either at a UH game or somewhere else.

You all know me as gnjr5396 from the other board. Been on WSN since 2004. Went to UH but never graduated. Been running the guess the score game for the last 5 years.
Love UH football, basketball, baseball, and Wahine volleyball. I forgot to mention women's softball too.

I go by AJfan. Been posting since 2006 and have been a UH fan since the late 1980's.
I really enjoy the online talks with everyone here and like the fact that we have a group that I think is like a big family.

WOOT! Cocopop here! I've been a member on the Scout WSN boards since 2003--not the longest by any stretch, but have lived through what I consider some of the best years of the Forum. I joined some other boards, but never participated or stayed much because I found them to be not nearly as entertaining or interesting.
What I found most appealing about the WSN boards was that people were given the latitude to say what they felt--good, bad, otherwise-smart, stupid, funny...whatever. It wasn't a place for the okole kissers, the "I wanna run with the coaches' in crowd" types, or the faint of heart.
Both my wife and I have enjoyed our tenure at the WSN Ohana, but I suppose all good things must come to an end--so, with the demise of the Scout WSN Ohana board and seeing as how the replacement FOX Piece of Crap boards look, we're both hoping and looking forward to this WARRIOR NATION board proving to be a good alternative/replacement.
I hope we can maintain the open minded attitude towards posts and posters with as little moderation as possible. It's about the members and their opinions, not the mods and their power or ability to impose their own personal attitudes on the boards. I think if we can maintain those freedoms, this site will do well.
Aloha to all and let's make this happen!

Wassup, bruddahs! Anyway, been bulldogs5 on ezboard then scout since '99 (back then, never have one Hawaii board outside of ESPN that I knew of so I signed up on Fresno's ezboard, hence the moniker). Might as well maintain that over here, too...

OP1966 here. "OP" could stand for "old person" as I'm from the "pre-historic" days of UH - $85/semester tuition + $31.25 activity fee. Those were the days.

Get a lot of rest OP and get back to a healthy Original Profit. I remember the days listening to you on the Larry Jones radio sports talk show with callers like Detroit, Saint Louis and others. Jones was one guy that tells it like it is during those days.
