So what cars/trucks etc do you currently own. I'm a recent buyer of a brand new 2012 Toyota Corolla L 'base'.
I'm giddy about the new purchase. The car is decent, and got it for 18k (+ 2.5k insurance). I recently sold my 99 Toyota Camry V6 with only 67k miles, and used the money to reinvest with the new Corolla. Time will tell if it was a good investment, but with the new car smell and the smooth clutch, I'm pretty happy.
My line up:
2012 Toyota Corolla L, base model, 5 speed manual transmission 1997 Toyota Camry, 4 cylinder automatic with about 97k miles (my work car) 2003 Toyota Tacoma, 4 cylinder 5 speed manual transmission, base 2wd model with about 31k miles

Man, I woulda kept the v6 camry. To be fair, I'm quite biased against corollas, and any lower toyotas in general. Spent too many hours fixing them. I can't really knock camrys (or higher).
I hope the new corolla works out well though, I'm sure toyota has finally got their act together.
I've got a corolla junker as my daily driver until I get my supercharged buick legal again.

1978 Dodge Colt, 4-speed, real basic model. I loved that little car. 1985 Dodge Ram 50 pick up, four speed, another basic model. 1983 Buick Turbo Regal, automatic, funnest car I owned. Always looked for small gaps in traffic to get onto the H1 at University. 1985 Honda Accord, automatic. Save on gas. 1992 Honda Accord, automatic. 2003 Honda Accord, automatic. over 170,000 miles. Next car will not be a Honda.
